E-FORCE To Record 'Evil Forces' In May

E-FORCE, the Montreal-based band featuring former VOIVOD bassist/vocalist Eric Forrest, guitarist Bryan Donahue (formerly of HOMICIDE) and guitarist/drum programmer Dan Lauzon (formerly of ENTROPY),will enter the studio in early May with producer Pierre Rémillard (CRYPTOPSY, KATAKLYSM, GORGUTS, KRISIUN) to record their debut album, "Evil Forces", due later in the year through France's Season Of Mist Records (MAYHEM, NECROPHAGIA, AGRESSOR, CARPATHIAN FOREST). According to Forrest, "The band has been growing a lot, as our songwriting, direction is more focused [than was the case with our] early material. The new tunes and direction is faster and heavier from previous tracks. Fans of [my work on VOIVOD's] 'Negatron' and 'Phobos' [albums] will not be disappointed. I can guarantee it!"
